5. Credit Analyst
Credit analysts are tasked with evaluating potential borrowers’ financial histories in order to determine the level of risk associated with approving the borrower for a loan. They analyze a borrower’s current debt levels and payment history, as well as projected cash flows for the period that the loan will be outstanding.
The job of a credit analyst includes:
- Compiling data on a company’s operations, including how much money it takes in, who owns it, what kind of assets it has and how much it owes.
