Safaricom mpesa charges for sending money in 2024 - my fave tools

Here are the Mpesa Charges 2024 you can always look up and use when transacting on your mobile phone. The tables below include Mpesa Withdrawal Charges, Sending Charges, and All Mpesa Rates updated.

Nobody likes to partner or transact with businesses that charge a high rate per transaction – especially when it comes to withdrawing and transferring money from your bank account to another bank.

We gather this information to help you to be aware of the charges or rates per transaction that you will likely be charged for when using the Safaricom Mpesa platform.

Luckily, the rate of transaction or let me say the transactional fees are not much and are reasonable.

Nevertheless, it’s worth knowing so that you know how much you are going to be charged.

Safaricom’s M-Pesa is one company that has invested so much into changing the mobile banking system in Kenya and making it affordable for everyone living in Kenya.

Although the company updated its rate recently and now you will have to pay more to send or receive payments on your mobile phone, it is still within affordability.

Overview of the Mpesa Charges for Sending Money

Here is a summary or an overview of what’s in these tables. When carrying out transactions on the Safaricom Mpesa, you will be charged the following – depending on the type of transaction you are making:
